Have you ever wondered if you know anything about energy? Are you already a body worker or someone who works with energy that is interested in learning a new trick? All are welcome at this 5 hour class where you will learn two new body processes.

A body process class is a way to experience a new energy.  Each is uniquely different and contributes to the being. There are NO contraindications - if it pulls you in it's right for you that day.
