Foundation
Foundation is the Access Consciousness class you take after you've taken Access Bars and when you're ready to have more of you! I love the Foundation because every time I attend or facilitate it I see major shifts in my own awareness and in that of everyone there. Ready to make a change? Determined to shift patterns of limitation that you didn't even realize were present in your life? This is the class for you!

Body Processes
In a Foundation you gift and receive two energetic body processes designed to shift your mind by releasing what gets locked into the body. These are only available in the Foundation and the 3 Day Body Class.
Facilitation
Facilitation is like coaching. As a facilitator I help you find your path through the areas in which you'd like change or more awareness. Facilitating in a group setting helps everyone present to get more free!
Questions
One of the ways that we get free is through asking a lot of questions! Who does this belong to? ~and~ What else is possible? are two of my favorites.
Tools
There are over 70 pages in the Foundation manual chock full of tools to create the life you've always wanted. Countless others will come up over the course of the Foundation through facilitation as well! Be ready to receive!

Like the Access Consciousness mantra says, All of life comes to me with Ease, Joy & Glory! Give it a try! Say this 10 times in the morning and ten times at night.
