The first class in Access Consciousness is The Bars®. There are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. It’s like hitting the delete button on your computer. All of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck, that keep you repeating the same patterns in your life over and over again, are released.

These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!

What occurs during class? This class is a one-day, hands-on class in which participants learn the Bars points and participate in gifting two Bars sessions and receiving two Bars sessions.

Questions that are often addressed in class include: What are the Bars? How can I tell if the Bars are running? How do I find the Bars points? What does running Bars change? You can ask any questions! Each class is co-created with everyone who chooses to come to that particular class.

The Foundation class is designed to break the foundation of what you think your reality is, so you can create the reality that works for you.

The Foundation class is designed to empower you to change anything and everything you’d like to change in your life. You will be given a whole toolbox that will allow you to break apart the foundation of limitation that we so often function from and build a new foundation, one of limitless possibility so that you can begin to create the life you truly desire.
