ESSE stands for the Energetic Synthesis for Strucural Embodiment. Created by the amazing Suzy Godsey, an ESSE energetic bodywork session can melt away the issues that are locked into the body's fascia. An amazing tool for body workers and therepeutic energy session for people seeking physical relief, these sessions are my most requested - even over Access Bars!

I love to gift and receive ESSE because of how great I feel after. It's like having an amazing nice sleep to me! It interesting that even when the hands are still sometimes you can feel the cells moving into a new space. Typically after a session the body wants to rest and it's nice (but not strictly necessary) to take a day off exercising to let things settle into the new space.
It's not over when the time is up - I've seen a short session drastically change the presentation of scar tisssue, relax muscles that had been bound up for years, and mark pain go away in parts of the body that weren't even touched. I wonder what it could create in your body?
Both human and animal bodies can receive ESSE bodywork. I've worked on horses, dogs and cats so far. More on animals & bodywork later!
