Am I Crazy? Or Did Access Bars Actually Help Me Chill Out?

An honest moment from someone who thought consciousness was “weird” until it wasn’t.
Have you ever had one of those days (or weeks... or years) where your brain just won’t shut up?The overthinking, the anxiety, the looping thoughts, the overwhelm...You try meditation, green juice, a YouTube video on manifesting your dream life, and still—nothing shifts.
At some point, I remember asking myself:“Am I crazy? Or is there something else going on here?”
That’s when I stumbled across something called Access Bars.
I won’t lie. At first, it sounded strange.“Someone touches 32 points on your head and your whole life can change?” Sure. Okay. But I was exhausted enough to try something—anything—that didn’t require me to “work on myself” one more time.
And here’s the thing…It worked. Not in a fireworks-and-angels-singing kind of way. But in a quiet, calm, finally-I-can-breathe kind of way. In fact as I was driving home I just kept laughing for no good reason other than finally feeling joy, and that's when I knew - if a one day Access Bars class can create this, I want more!
My mind slowed down. The mental chatter wasn’t so loud. I felt lighter. Clearer. Like I’d just taken a nap, meditated, and had a breakthrough—without actually doing any of those things.
So, am I crazy? Maybe. Or maybe… I was finally accessing something different.
And here we are years later and my debilitating PTSD and anxiety from 9/11 is GONE. I don't have panic attacks. I'm happier than I've ever been and creating my life in a whole different way. Without a doubt I'm not the same person who walked into that room for an Access Bars class in 2019 and I'm grateful.
That’s the gift of the Access Consciousness tools. They don’t fix you. They don’t give you rules. They empower you to know what you know—and give you practical, energetic tools to actually function from that awareness.
Want to know if something is true for you? Use the tool of Light and Heavy. What feels light is true for you. What feels heavy is a lie (even if it’s dressed up as something spiritual or “good for you”).
Stuck in drama or stress? Ask: “Who does this belong to?” You might be shocked how much of what you’re feeling isn’t even yours.
Judging yourself (again)?Try saying: “Interesting point of view, I have this point of view.” It’s like a mental reset button.
And then there’s Access Bars—the gentle, hands-on technique that helps your brain and body finally let go of all the junk you've been storing.
No, you don’t have to “believe” in it. Just be willing to receive. That’s where the magic starts.
So maybe the better question isn’t “Am I crazy?” But… “What if I’m more aware than I’ve ever acknowledged?”
What if there’s nothing wrong with you? What if you’re not broken? What if you're just picking up on everything around you—and no one ever gave you tools to handle it?
Until now.
Curious about Access Bars or the tools of Access Consciousness? I offer sessions, classes, and conversations that aren’t about fixing you—they’re about giving you you back.
What else is possible?
