This first guided meditation is a gentle body scan designed to bring you into deeper connection with your body—an essential element of receiving more from Access Bars.
Rather than “relaxing” the body as a task, this practice invites you to notice, perceive, and allow. As your awareness moves through each part of your body, you may begin to sense areas of contraction or lightness, without needing to change anything.
What if your body already knows how to release… and all it requires is your willingness to listen?
