Loving Kindness, also know as Metta, is a style of meditation that is very relaxing. In the process you visualize and bring into your awareness other living beings and send them this loving kindness energy. The key phrases int his particular meditation are: May they be happy. May they be healthy. May the be well. May they live with ease. Though this guided meditation you can reestablish a sense of peace in your daily life. Who know what else can be changed by inviting more of this energy into the world? This meditation can be used as a daily meditation, or for whenever things seem off. You can also listen to it and practice this mindful journey when there is an interpersonal conflict and you are looking to change the energy.
